Founded in 1909, the Firestone Tire & Rubber Company has built up a strong reputation in the tyre world. Firestone worked hard at becoming one of the leading tyre manufacturers in America and became the first tyre manufacturer to sign an exclusive contract with Ford to have their tyres fitted as original equipment on all Ford vehicles.

In 1998 Firestone merged with tyre giant Bridgestone, and continued to be a brand recognised for being at the forefront of technology producing high quality, affordable tyres that are both safe and environmentally friendly.
